i have noticed for the past year that things get on my nerves.
ive always been peaceful and docile. but i now see a tiger.
this lady at work (ex-friend) seesm to have driven me over the edge.
everything about her annoys me.
iam on vacation this week, i DONOT WANT TO GO BACK NEAR HER!!
but its my job! iam one of the managers too!!
i cant stand her voice, her face, her stupid things she says and does. she came to work where i do about 6 months ago. ive been there for 7 yrs! i had known her for 10 yrs prior, but not worked with her nor spent alot of time with her.
anyway, i seemed alos obsessed with everything lately, religion (answers) . etc.
iam losing some weight 15 pds since july 20th. i went down to 158 now.
ive been walking etc. eatting healthy.
my periods have been messed up off & on the past year too.
i feel weird. whats happening to me?
is anybody having the same symptoms?
iam 40 yrs old. happily married.
all of my bills are payed off.
but my stress level bad.

I understand completely. Look up the symptoms for perimenopause...it's the few years before menopause. It can last ten years for a woman but there are a lot of crazy things that can happen. I think you should see your gynecologist.

Go to the doctor for a check up. There could be a physical reason that all this is occurring. It could be any number of things. By ruling them out you can get closer to what is wrong. Talk with someone you trust and try to get some input from them as to what they see.

I just turned 40 also and I find things getting on my nerves also. But it does sound like pre-menopause. YUCK! I hate it. Did your Mom go through it early? My mom did and boy oh boy, it's soon, I just know it. Definately try to relax some. Get a massage. I hope you feel better soon.
