It leaks water to the very bottom and then ends up running out on the floor. I assume a drain line is clogged somewhere. The fridge is several years old but runs very well. It has been leaking for some time. I can dry the bottom of the fridge and it'll be a few days before it starts leaking again, but then it leaks pretty consistantly. Not a lot of water but very aggrevating. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

IF you have an owner's manual, consult with that..

Most refrigerators haves a pan under the refrigerator(attached t it) that collects water.. Does yours have one?... then that pan has a tube that carries the water to a drain .... If I were you, I would removes the pan and clean it out and then take a look at the tube that is connected to the pan that drains water out of the pan.. It can be taken off and cleaned... and if plugged.. which sounds like the problem, you can clean it

The drain is probably clogged. Remove all the vegetable drawers on the bottom. You should see the drain. These get clogged up the same as the drain for your a/c unit. They should be checked at least once a year and cleaned. You can clean it and the drain pan. Use bleach or vinegar and clean both well. That should solve the problem.
