I had a dream I had a baby, I held her so close, she was warm & soft. When someone wanted to hold her, she'd cry. If I was too long without her, my heart would hurt. But when we were together it was something so strong & beautiful I can't explain it.
I don't have children.

I am not pregnant. I don't think I ever will have children. But not by my choice.

A new life....I would love to have a child. Or change the life I live now. I can only hope my child is trying to connect with me.

This dream made me never want to wake up. her eyes looking at me as if I have done no wrong. her body cradled in my arms as she nestled against me. It felt like that was my purpose....to hold that child at that moment. that was what was meant for me.

My husband ignored that dream. He told me to cuddle the cats. If I am not having children, I do want a change in life.

To see a baby in your dream, signifies innocence, warmth and new beginnings. Babies may symbolize something in your own inner nature which is pure, vulnerable, and/or uncorrupted. Babies may represent an aspect of yourself that is vulnerable and helpless.

Dreams are the way of the mind to complete uncomplete thoughts or feelings you have during the day.
It is a cleanup process.

Hence, there is no point trying to interpret them.
There is more point in developing awareness during your conscious hours or expressing everything going on, and by this completing the process and having dreamless and deeper sleep.
So ask yourself different questions about this dream or read other people's answers - but do this only to check your own reactions to it - reactions which hold the key to yourself.

A baby in a dream is sometimes a symbol that you are being reborn (not in the religious sense) or making a new start. You are the baby. Think about what the idea of "baby" means to you.

Before I went to Honduras for my first mission trip there, we were praying about the trip, and one of the ladies had a vision of a baby being born. I don't know about the other 24 that went on the trip, but, for me, it was a newfound life. You may have a newfound life coming to you in some way.

I'm not exactly an expert on such matters but I think it means you dreamed about a baby last night

It could be that you are dreaming of your future child. Or it could be that you are nurturing a dream or new project in your life that means a lot to you.

Is there a chance you could be pregnant? Or excuse the questions, but have you had an abortion or miscarriage? It could be your baby wanting to connect with you.

Historically when a young woman dreams of babies, it means she's going to die soon. I'm sorry, but its all a part of Jung's theory of collective consciousness.
