Here are a few random ideas.
1) Medical malpractice court cases are heard by a jury of average people. The question is, can non-medically educated people say if the doctor made the right choice? Non-doctors are hardly the "peers" of the doctor. But if everyone in the jury is a doctor, could the victim expect an impartial verdict?
2) Also in custody cases, the mother is usually the one who is more likely granted the children. This could be viewed as sexist
3) With all of the evidence of the harmful effects of second-hand smoke, should people be allowed to smoke in public places, even outside? It is harmful to the surrounding people, but doesn't the smoker have a right to do what he or she wants? Should smokers (not just the tobacco companies) be held accountable for the damage they cause others through second-hand smoke?
4) Here is a similar one. Say I only like eating organically grown fruit. My neighbor doesn't agree with that idea, and sprays his plants. His spray is likely to get onto my plants (birds, bugs, or just over spray.) Don't I have a right to grow my plants how I want? Doesn't my neighbor?
5) The rights of individuals in schools are limited due to the idea that since students have to be there, it is okay to reject individual rights if the greater good is served. That is why some types of clothing and language is not allowed in school. Anyway, adults are forced to be in certain places sometimes too. Courts and airports are easy examples. Then shouldn't the individual rights of the adult also be limited in that case?
6) Some religions do not believe in immunizing their children. Currently, schools are supposed to require immunizations in order to attend because a non-immunized child is a health risk. However, this is rarely enforced. But should it be? Should someones right to practice their religion be more important than the public health?
Just some ideas. Hope it helps.

This isn't the smartest answer I've ever given, but how about voting for a candidate you don't like because you like his opponents even less? Certainly not commonly discussed.
