wow, that was laughable, the same people many Northern /Western Europeans consider "lower" and "dumb" and you're trying to point the finger.
Let me see
1. Russians and Ukrainians arent "pasty"? Who cares about how dark your ethnicity is.
2. Are you talking about in Europe or the rest of the world, b/c there are probably a higher percentage of African immigrants in more tolerant countries, and those with more economic and educational opportunities, hence most of those you named wouldn't matter (Anyways, a black woman in Greece did run for a win a local political office)
3. Leroy is most closely related to you than any Scadinavian or "Anglo" , Italy is a boat ride from North Africa, and traders from sub-Saharan African and the Middle East have come into the Mediterrean for thousands of years. And there has been "interracial" relationships, you are just too ignorant and blind to see the connections
