Add 6 to both sides:
3p > 27

Divide both sides by 3:
p > 9

Test your answer by selecting a value for p that is greater than 9. If we use 10: 3(10) - 6 = 30 - 6 = 24. Since 24 is > 21, you know that your answer is correct.

The answer is B. p>9
