I really can't explain what i'm really trying to say but bare w/ me on this one. I had this conversation with my husband and he said that i'm looking for him not to trust me but thats not the issue i wanted him to take notice of me pay some attention...i did many things to get his attention to see if he notice me or anything i did or be concern. I noticed one time when i was out late 3am he didn't call on me to see if i was okay or where i am anything of that nature... zI thought that what people do when when they care or love someone..this happen many times. I've called him whenever he's out to see if he's okay if out late or he's traveling on the road..but when im out he doesn't call to be concern.. i did befriend a male friend for 2yrs(Platonic) to see if he would notice and he didn't. So does that mean he trust me b/c he didn't pay attention or did i betrayed his trust in me. Im not sayin for him to hire an investorgator or be a spy ..i just need attention.show me that he care.

He is a man and men are soooooooo different from women. He may just be laid back, but talking to him on how you feel about this may get him to understand that you need this as a women!!!

Sounds to me like he's secure about the fact that you wouldn't cheat on him...and you aren't so secure yourself... you call and check up on him, etc., which makes me wonder if you have trust issues. This "platonic friend" is a time bomb. I can see it coming on...you look at it like the hubby doesn't care, so eventually you will give him something to care about. Leave the other guy alone and pay attention to your husband, who obviously trusts you.

Instead of playing games, sit down and tell him you love him and want to do things together, etc. Instead of you going out till 3 AM as some kind of test, go out together with him instead.

Here's something you need to learn about guys, because I am this way to an extent myself....Just because he doesn't always say or show it doesn't mean that he doesn't care about or love you. Some guys are just the silent and laid back type. Be happy that he's not some controlling jerk.

I hate to break the news to you, but usually when they turn out to be that way, there's another interest somewhere in his life that you don't know about, and might not ever know. It's been done to me before, so I know all about it! You might want to decrease the attention you give him and see how he feels about that. If he fusses, then maybe he's not doing anything, but if he still acts the same, you might want to consider looking into that. Every man should pay a good amount of attention to their woman, whther she likes it or not....it should be natural for a man to do those things.

Obviously, your husband has been neglecting you for some time. You feel needy for attention because he isn't giving it. In other words, he just plain isn't that into you. Tell him what you want and how you want it...nicely, of course...then, if he can't come through, you need to start planning and preparing yourself for life without him. When one or more people stop caring, then the marriage is OVER. He appears to not care anymore...and you deserve infinitely better.

Yes, I think he really just trusts u and feels very comfortable with u and might have even taken u for granted but instead of trying to "test" him, why not just communicate and find out how he really feels about u.

It seems like you have this strange need to test the limits with him. Guys are just different. Trust me, he'd notice if you came home smelling like cologne, dishevled and with a hickie on your neck. Be happy that you have a man who trusts you like that - and stop testing his limits.

He's a man and you are expecting him to act like a woman. He seems like the guy who trusts you to a fault. That's rare, don't do anything to betray that trust!

Good luck!

I really don't know, that sucks! Did he get pissed when you were out til 3 am? He sounds like he is really into himself. Ask yourself what do you bring into this relationship, what does he, if there is nothing from him and it's all you, SEPERATE! Let him realize what he has is gone temporarily and see if that doesn't help. It truly shows how strong a relationship is when you seperate.

Depends on the person.

Some people are just not very demonstrative with their emotions.
