high carbohydrate.
You use high protein to loose weight as it takes more energy to turn protein into usable energy than you get out of it.
Eat six times a day. Eat the full eight to ten servings of whole grains. Cereal, pasta, breads, these kinds of foods are good for gaining weight.

Look, it is not up to you to tell her how to look. If she is naturally 'skinny' then it is not as though she is hurting her body or doing it on purpose. Yes, weight training and a high protein diet will help to bulk up, but if this is not in her interests, then don't pressurize her to do something she does not wish to do. HTH.

I have a very high metabolism which means I find it hard to put on weight. I got in contact with a dietician who put me on a high protein/high calorie diet.
If what she wants is to gain a bit of weight but is finding it difficult she could contact her GP for a referal. If she doesn't want to gain the weight but is extremly under weight there could be another issue there completly.
If she is happy how she is & there is no concern for her weight. Leave it to her

High protein diets would probably be the best way for her to gain weight; including higher calorie diets as well. Of course, you can't have her chowing down on high protein and calorie food because she'll begin to become fat. She'll probably need to include some exercising.

i would go with the weight training. That will help her with her small weight problems. Or tell her to start eating high protein stuff.

If she's your friend, just take her out to eat more fast food and treat her for some tasty desserts. Over time you will see the result...but you may also gain some weight in the process.

High protein diets help. Encourage her to eat more, and make sure she gets enough Iron, or she'll become anemic. That's what happened to me when I had this problem. It's nice that you care so much about her to want to help her =)

Does this girl think she is too skinny.? Or is it just you that thinks that?
Stop trying to change people, if you want a fat bird dump your g/f and get one. She would be better without you anyway!
