i imagine that you're confronted with an fairly hard decision. have you ever seen having your ex take your son in the course of the week and also you having him on weekends? i understand that's complicated, and the authorities isn't efficient, yet there are some businesses that help you come back toddler help and organize daycare, freed from cost. they could do lots. i quite imagine that your son may have some themes in case you depart him mutually with his dad for 6 months. he shouldn't appreciate each and every of the fellow causes behind it. you opt to think about that once making your decision. Plus, do you quite trust your ex to guard him and resources him back? It doesn't sound like it. more beneficial probable he needs custody so that you're going to finally end up paying him toddler help. i'd quite pay for daycare than pay my deadbeat ex to do what he's meant to do. inspect some church homes on your section. they typically have a lot less intense priced and versatile childcare classes.

If social services found him in a bad position, then I would think that mom has to prove compitent to have her son back. She has to prove that she can take care of him properly before they will just hand him back over.
If she can't get stable enough to get her son back, then you should fight for him. He deserves to be in a good loving home!!
