Go to Liberty park. You can go to the Tracey Aviary as part of the party and see if they will do a show for your group (call ahead to ask). Or try the Zoo. I know both of those places kids like. Of course for a 3yr old why not just do it at home with a few cardboard boxes colored like cars. Kids that age would have a blast just playing with stuff like that and it would be less stressful then trying to arrange a lot of hoopla that they won't even remember past another year.

My little sister went to a birthday party at a little kid gym, I don't remember the name, something like tike gym. She had a blast, she's only 4 yrs old so I figure it would be good for a 3 year old.
