Feel free to give your baby Mylicon.
You buy in in the baby meds section near the Tylenol. Give the small dose as often as every hour if she's in pain. It's just symethicone. She can't get sick from it.
As long as she's passing gas, there's no need to freak out, it's coming out.
If it persists, talk to your pediatrician about switching formulas. She may be lactose intolerant. Or it might be nothing. Many babies develop colic at around 3 - 5 weeks. This may be just the beginning.
All babies get gassy sometimes. Always keep Mylicon on hand, enjoy cuddling her when she wants it, try taking her into a warm shower to relax her, and try laying her down on her back and gently rubbing her tummy in a clockwise circle on her lower abdomen. When she sleeps, lay her on her left side.

My doctor said mylacon drops were a waste of money. They didn't work for my kids at all. The fact that your daughter is bottle fed has nothing to do with her gas. (as long as you are feeding her properly) My boys were both breastfeed and they had the worst gas. I used to get so embarrassed by their gas when we had company that I would blame the dogs.

call your pediatrition. there are massages that you can do to relieve her gas: Start from above her belly with both hands and swoop them around the belly , ending underneath the belly with both hands, gently press. Also lie her down and take her legs and gently bring one knee up to her tummy and bring it down. Do the same to the other leg. Also when you feed her put her in a sort of sitting position. Also maybe you have a bottle that traps air. I use flovent bottles that lets the air excape out and not into the babys tummy. Maybe its her formula too.

I would try Baby Gripe Water or milacon drops (made by gerber). I would also try rocking her belly against your leg in a gentle motion supporting her head (this always helped and calmed my daughters). If your nusring examine your diet. A nice gentle warm bath to get her blood flowing better and her body, will be able to work a little faster.
Good Luck
