it takes more than just clearing history
which is what most people think is the solution
do the following and you will have no worries
open your browser
click tools up top
click internet options
click clear history
change the days to keep history to 0
click delete files
click settings change the amount of disk space to use to 1mb
click ok
now click the content tab
click auto complete
click clear forms
then where it says use autocomplete for uncheck all the things you dont want your browser to store.
that way you wont have to keep going back and clearing things out. good luck

As for the drop-down bar at Google or any other site where words are cached in the typying field, click it to bring up your past searches and hold down on the delete button and say bye-bye.

First of all... STOP LOOKING AT PORN OR YOU'LL GO BLIND!
Go to tools - internet options
Click on clear history
delete temporary interent files
delete cookies
Click on contents tab
click on auto complete
click on clear forms
clear passwords
The problem is that you are still not clean. I mean if you have an expert user at your home or office they can retrieve the information from your index.dat file. If you dont then dont worry about it. Good luck.
