This would be due to BT being, in my opinion, utterly incompetent and driven only by corporate greed, making them unfit to be in charge of two tin cans on a string, nevermind this country's electronic communications nervous system. Fixing your broadband will not make huge profits for them, therefore it isn't important.

Sounds as if there is a bad connection.That would really get on my nerves.I would have someone check it out,it cant be right like that.
