Heartburn. It is a common thing. Next time try taking a Pepcid or Zantac (over the counter) before you eat stuff like that.
It is much better to take something before, than to try and get it to go away after you already have it.

To start off, beans are very heavy on starch. That type of starch produces air in your stomach ... which would cause your stomach to swell with air. Chili beans have a lot of "chili" which compound the problem with a burning effect. Air+heat = pain. How many chili beans did you eat? Usually, if you take bromo seltzer, it would release a lot of air and you would feel better. However, if after 2 days your stomach and a** still hurt, by all means, see a doctor.

Not all chili is made with the same type or the same amount of chili pepper, the one you ate might have a higher concentration of heat, there are certain types of chilis hard to digest and not to friendly for the stomach.

You can either take some meds (Pepcid, Rolaids, etc) or eat some plain yogurt. yogurt can naturally ease the burning in your stomach.

It will taste bad but a tablespoon of vinegar straight up will usually help if you have not developed a medical problem.

Chili will do that. You need something like Maalox antacid liquid to coat your stomach and soothe it.
