Depending on how agile you are, it shouldn't cost you very much. Go the local Rental Business. Rent a pressure washer for maybe $10 an hour or $50 a day. Get some chemicals at a home supply store and do it yourself. I know I did mine and it cost about $60. If you pay to have someone do it, you'll pay $110-$200.

For how much you would pay someone else, you could pay for a real nice pressure washer and do it yourself. It's very easy, but pay attention to the instructions for adjusting pressure so you don't splinter any wood on fences and cedar siding.

here is the best thing to do for your area, get three quotes from local companies and compare price and scope of work. This will ensure you the most accurate cost for your loctaion. make sure you describe the house well, ie two story, next to power lines with prize winning garden below etc.

Nothing--I did it myself. Well, of course, I originally had to buy the pressure washer, which was about $100.

Go to Sears and buy your own pressure washer. It's cheaper than one cleaning, and very handy to have around.
