You need a cable from you LP player to you mic jack on your PC. Record using any wave recorder. Then burn to CD. Go buy a new needle for your phonograph player and clean the LP for best results

If you own the recording just grab the MP3 from the net (if it is out there). Unless this is illegal, don't do anything illegal

Buy an Ion Audio iTTUSB turntable. (recent price $137.00US) It'll connect to your PC via USB cable and comes with Audacity dubbing software. You'll make the .mp3's first, then make the CD's. Works for me. But it is a light one so you can't put it on a surface that will pick up speaker vibrations. that causes "rumble" in your converted tune.
