In the morning when I get up, im the first one to get up, when I get out of bed I feel like someone else is in the house thats not one of my family members, and that someone is watching me and following me. So I get paranoid and make sure I lock the door of every room I go in.
How do I help this?

I'm paranoid about politicians going for my wallet. But then, many of them do, so it's justified.

As long as you can function normally, it's not too bad.

If you find that you start being afraid of things like going outside or having to check 20 times to see if the doors are locked, then I'd talk to your doctor to see if he could recommend somebody to talk to about this.

ok..now, i have some options for you.The first one > next time you wake up, stand up from your bed, walk to the bath or any other place you usually go but this time do not close the doors...if you'll still have the sensation that someone watches you, close your eyes, count till 5, let the fear win you, but just for this 5 seconds, then you open your eyes and look what happens(it worked with me)
The second option>if the first variant for some reasons will not work, try to invite into your house a person who works with such stuff, he might help you, or just do some investigations about the house you are living in.....ok
good luck....

I really don't know the A. but it seam like ,you got caught
in your own routine, the way you described it!
Check and do some research who use to lived in your house,
maybe some kind of a soul, who can not let go, is still in your house and you can feel them!?
Or you might need to get some professional help, including
conversations in a long term, in order to get the
"problem"solved!

Call a paranormal investigator into the house. Maybe it's haunted. I'm not even joking. I'm a paranormal researcher. It's quite possible you have a ghost making you feel that way.

Yes, you do have paranoia. You must pray about it and hand it to God. God will take care of it for you if you just let him take it from you. Bless you!
