I downloaded a rom version of silpheed (sega cd) but I cant play it without an emulator. However, everytime I download one and try to run the emulator, my computer displays the following error message: "The application failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000005)". What does this mean and how can I get it to work?

Do a search on sega emulators. Choose a popular one I suggest reading a forum.
Usually with emulators you have to register .dll files.
Read the read me file that comes along with it. Thats all I can think of for now.

I've found Sega CD emulators to be particularly difficult. One had me burn the image to a CD before I could even run it. Look around I guess, I'll let you know if I find a good one.

I use gensplus you can do a search and download it.
