A LAN Protocol is Token Ring.
WAN is Frame Relay.
sorry but i'm not sure about the others as I am looking for the same thing.
Actually I also WDOG (watchdog) for Workstation.

The most common protocol TCP/IP is a protocol that is included in all those above. It is used to transport data from one place to another and re-build it in the same way it was sent. This is how data across the Internet, between two computers are sent. The other common protocol is UDP this is normally live video streaming. They are special protocols such as Net Bios etc but these are normally as additions rather then required.

Your question does not make sense.
But my best guess would be TCP/IP protocol suite. With the TCP/IP protocol suite, you can have all of those functions.
There is no such thing as LAN Protocol, WAN Protocol, Workstation Protocol, Server Protocol, ISP Protocol,Intranet Protocol, Client Server Protocol,Peer To Peer Protocol

mate your question doesnt make sense for example Lan protocol well theres 20 or so that spring to mind the most common is tcp/ipbut you can find IPX, udp or a host of others you get the idea. its abit like asking what sort of person do you find on a train (hoping youll answer train driver) but when you think about it there are guards, passengers, BT police ...etc. Its really borring stuff but are you sure that the qusetion is that acurate to what you have been given. If it is ask your lecturer get sacked :0)

wan protocol tcp/ip
workstation netbios or netbui again
server = depends on application, any of the above
isp tcp/ip
intranet = same as lan
internet same as wan
client server and peer to peer same as workstation and server
