Stop worring about getting pregnant. Let nature take its course. The only way interference will get you pregnant will thru a doctor. I would say just relax, dont make love on a need to basis and enjoy what you have right now. My auntie tried for years to get pregnant. She had a stressful marriage. She got divorced, and they worked out their problems and remarried. A year later she gave birth to a baby girl.

If you wanna try to interferre with mother nature. I would get an ovulation kit, if you dont already know when you ovulate. Alot of woman have physical symptoms they just dont recognize them. I would hold off love making until a few days before and after ovulation. Sperm is viable in the female for 3-7 days, research varies. If all else fails or you dont wanna wait anymore, see a doctor. Get a pap and ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries. Sometimes a simple infection can prevent pregnancy..

Good luck

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

On average 60 to 80 percent of couples who are trying to conceive (TTC) get pregnant within 12 months, so relax, it takes a while sometimes.

Here are my other suggestions, which I culled from various reputable sources:

Take a daily prenatal vitamin tablet (store-brand will do fine). It will help prevent birth defects and miscarriages once you get pregnant!

Use ovulation test strips (buy them at any drug store or online) to tell just when you are most fertile during the month. It is remarkably difficult to get pregnant if you are having sex at the wrong time of the month!! There is a short window every monthy when you can get preg. You just pee in a cup at the same time every day and dip the strip in the cup and it will tell you when you are ovulating.

Eat LOADS of fresh fruit & veggies & OJ every day! Eat as HEALTHFULLY as possible & cut out the junk food & artificial food dyes, etc.. Switch to ORGANICALLY grown produce if possible to avoid pesticides in your food.

Of course, you and your partner should avoid all smoking, second-hand smoke, alcohol, over-the-counter medications, and medications of any kind (unless you have your doctor's approval). Most are bad for the baby and cause birth defects & miscarriages!!! Some might also impair fertility.

Both of you should get plenty of rest (8 hours per night).

I also read that 30 to 60 minutes of brisk walking every day (not running) or other low-impact moderate excercise can really boost your fertility. You and your partner can walk together to boost both your fertility at the same time!

Also, you and your spouse should cut out ALL caffiene (including coffee, tea, iced teas, colas, decaf coffee, and chocolate) because I read it can cut fertility of men and women by up to 50 percent, according to a government Web site.

In addition, make sure your man wears only boxers, not briefs, and that he avoids using hot tubs/hot baths or wearing tight jeans. Higher temperatures kills sperm.

The research I did also says that you should aim for ideal weight because being overweight (or significantly underweight) can impair your fertility.

After sex, raise up your knees for 20 to 30 minutes so that the sperm don't leak out. Try to stay in bed the rest of the night.

Good luck! and don't stress about it, it will happen!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

See what you mean.

It may be an idea for you both to go for a check up, just to see that everything is in working order, but there are several other things you can do as well.

Cut out alcohol, especially your husband, it is really good at lowering sperm count. Also, eat a good diet, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Exercise as well. Try to stay calm, and then do what comes naturally.

My fiancée and I went to a reproductive (endocrinologist) specialist. There are many kinds of ovulation stimulants. I was advised to try Chlomid when we were ready to conceive. My doctor advises to do a couples analysis so that there is constant support- and to alleviate "fingerpointing". It's a sensitive time, especially for our spouses/partners. Find a reproductive specialist to get your cycles aligned and do seminalysis. After that, pray and wait for you little blessing or blessings!

Certain times a month a woman ovulates, ask a doctor how to keep track of your time. That's when you can get pregnant!

Advice for men: cut down on caffeine, don't wear tight jeans, and ejaculate only in the woman (not by yourself.)

Advice for women: after sex, lay in bed on your back for a while to let the sperm swim up your canal. have sex during the middle of your cycle when you ovulate. and take your vitamins.
