There are hundreds of sites where you can find articles by expert authors that you can use on your web site. Just be sure that you understand and abide by the terms of use, which you'll see on each site and each article. Usually that means that you may not change the article in any way and you MUST include the "resources" box, also called "about the author," so that you give proper credit to the author.

Here are three of the largest and best respected article sites:

Write letters requesting submissions for your website and send them to relevant experts and other contacts who might know experts. In this letter, you should explain the purpose of the website, the benefits to the writer ($$, prestige, academic journal, etc), and what topic the article should pertain to, as well as length and quality requirements for the submission. You should also explain how you select articles for publication on your site.

As word filters through the keyboards, you are going to be popular beyond your wildest imaginations.
For instance, I have hundreds of essays, each one salivating over such an offer. But wait, I'm already published. Where are the essentials:
a) Subject matter preferences / censored.
b) Editing rights.
c) Preferred length.
d) How long on the web? More and more magazines want first electronic rights as well as ink.
e) Pass-on / collection position. I've been burned twice by publishers who accepted something, published it, and then used it later w/o payment for their book.
http://www.writersweekly.com/ lists places seeking mss.
And as an author - thank you.

Lol, this is an easy answer..

Create a website that "expert writers" will actually want to publish their material on. Then sit back and watch nothing happen since a better version of what you created probably already exists ;)

Yes they is going to submit themselves in your site, if you have listed your site to other big directories.

They sometime use a service or software to submit to all sites available.

so if your site is listed there you will be getting much submission a day.
