Before attempting to remove malware you must switch off System Restore as back up files will be hiding in there, and it will just restore itself. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Run Avast and Ewido in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.

Then beef up your security. Its easier to prevent malware getting on to your sytem in the first place rather than trying to remove it.

The Windows firewall doesn't stop malware on your pc from dialling out. Either of these firewalls are free for personal use and stop unwanted incoming and outgoing traffic. You choose which programs are allowed to access the internet. They are both fairly easy to use and updated regularly.

Have you used a wireless connection from your laptop?
sounds like a wireless provider trying to get payment.

you can look on your start up folder.

Go to Start>Run and in the Run dialog box type in 'msconfig' and hit Enter.
System Configuration Utility will pop up choose the Startup tab.

Click on that tab and you will see the list of what runs at startup.
Use this site to determine whats safe to uncheck

type in search box exactly how it appears in msconfig start up

and keep it on your favorites for future ref as when you install new software and downloads check msconfig again to make sure no more items have been added to start up.

Good luck

Download CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com then go to Tools>Uninstall try from there if nothing happens just delete the entry the program will be not recognazed from the HHD so it is like you have uninstall it. Also, it may be a spyware so download Windows Defender http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx and Lavasoft Se Personal http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

,go through your program files in your hard drive you will find that they are stored in there . click on my computer . click onto your hard drive icon . then open program files . find the relevant one then delete it , when these thing get onto your computer they automatically load themselves as a program file so when you try to delete them via the ad & remove programs button it wont let you delete it as it is already running when you switch on your computer , ( you can`t delet a program when it`s running via the add delete button ) try it . i am right , reboot your computer as soon as you have found the file and deleted it . many thanks in advance for the 10 point`s you will leave me ...... good luck
