January 2009 - don't get your hopes up, he's only going to be replaced by another guy who will seem better at first, but overall is even worse than Bush.

While some here have suggested that your question is a stupid one, it's actually quite revealing. True, the president is scheduled to leave office in January 2009. But there are those that think he will be impeached before that time. There may also be those who think that Bush will insist on staying in office beyond January 2009, or seek to have Constitutional term limits revoked.

That said, I don't think even he is brazen enough to try and ignore term limits, and I don't see the impeachment movement gaining enough ground to actually pull one off before January 2009. Therefore, I'm confident he'll be stepping down on schedule.

If i had my choice he would of been gone yesterday, we are in need of someone who will put the united states a head of them selves and that couldnt come soon enough. His last full year in office is the year 2008 but he will be out until 2009.

This year would be nice. It really couldn't happen soon enough, but unfortunately he will not be leaving office until 2008 unless he can bend and twist the constitution and rig another election. 2008 is the last full year he will be in office, but will not leave office until January of 2009.
