Tylenol is fine---when's the last time your blood pressure was checked? You might want to stop by your doctors office long enough to have it checked. During pregnancy you can run a normal BP throughout and then skyrocket at the end. Signs of high BP in pregnancy is just what you've described with headaches and sickness.

Tylenol is the only thing that is safe to take during pregnancy. Pepto-bismal, aspirin, ibprophen, and some allergy medicines are not allowed. Try tums for your upset stomach. They may or may not work, but they have calcium in it for good bone growth. Also try to stay away from greasy or fatty foods. They are not good for you and can cause too much stomach acid.

If in doubt ask your DR. I was told by my DR when I was pregnant that it was fine. Regular tylenol is safe, but I belive you need to stay away from any of the Tylenol cold, pm etc unless you talk to your DR first.
