Ambient sounds. They have cd's that are recordings of waves on the beach, trickling streams in a forrest, all kinds of soothing sounds. I've seen them at Targets and FYE's.

There are definitely tapes and C.D. out there you may find this strange but call your local rehabilitation center for alcoholic s and they can tell you what they are called and where to get them from no joke they use them in the treatment centers and they do work very well to be honest or maybe the library

Its called Trance music, very upbeat but it has this way of medlodicly puting you to sleep , try checking out a guy called TOM CRAFT he is very good at what he does.
