new laptops are not cheap if you find a place that has a new laptop cheap it meen1 thing its not new its junk put in the search bar on explore junk cheap laptops then your find 1
watch out for ebay people are saying they have a laptop to be sold off when you pay for it and order it what comes is a empty box i seen someone on Q&A say they put things up on ebay for people to pay for and all they get is a empty box so watch out for online shopping
you dont want to pay out $399.00 for a empty box

I don't think i'd buy a laptop from ebay (although I've bought and sold a lot of things), but a laptop I would want from a reputable company where I know I can get technical support.
I've had good luck with pcmall.com thats worth a try

You don't really want the cheapest laptop. Its like the three bears but in this case the cheapest is junk, the most expensive is overpriced, and one in the middle will be just right.

if you look up those specs anywhere its over $2000
