Step-daughter uses computer @ school and it has MS Word. Her system @ home is Windows 2000 NT Pro but it has no MS word Proggies. I need to print the files for her class.

try converting to pdf format
if you dont have a pdf converter here is one

just download and install and youll be good to go
the way this works is after it is installed you will have a primo pdf printer in your printer folder although its not really a printer
anyway open the document-click file-click print-choose the primo printer-the computer will do some things for minute then ask you where you want to save it. choose the location you want-then when its done you will have a pdf that you can print or email or whatever you want to do with it.

That is a Microsoft Publisher file. Read the following at Microsoft's site:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/xp/columns/column16.asp

I believe that is the only way to do it...convert the file while using Publisher.
