The best advice I can think of is::
BE YOURSELF!
I have been asking questions on here like that and I am slowly learning that if you just be yourself, then guys will start noticing something different about you and they will start hanging around you. Who knows, you could end up with a boyfriend!

Colors to wear: Emerald green, Forest green, black, peach, dark purple, lavendar
Sleeves: Wearing short sleeve blouses/sweaters will be more flattering on your petite build
Skirt lengths: Stay just above the knee (this adds height) (avoid long skits)
Hair- Shorter cuts that show your neck will add height too
Skin-Freckles are awesome! Don't cover them up. Just wear a lightly tinted moiturizer and very light blush with pale pink lip gloss.
Maybe a very little light brown mascara if you have light eyelashes.

I merely finished my 9th grade twelve months ( with maximum suitable dressed LOL) try dressing in polos and perhaps slimmer denims button up shirts and stylish sweaters for iciness. As for the social stuff, attempt to act extra mature, no longer saying you do no longer already. i myself grew to become acquaintances with a ton of seniors my freshman twelve months, I sat with a table fulll of seniors daily. better than 0.5 my acquaintances have been upperclassman and humorous sufficient, i'm the third youngest in my type ( nevertheless 14 til the top of July) it's going to be hassle-free so you might make countless new acquaintances in all classes. have exciting!

Dress simply, and concentrate all your energy on yhour studies. What you know, will be the key to who you become!
Shallow, useless people will look at you and comment or frown.
When you are successful, wealthy, and in command, they will still comment and frown in their poverty.
The folks with average IQs will see that you are simple, ignore you, and that will permit you more time to actually excell!

Be yourself---find colors that look good on you. I'm picturing tans & browns. Comb your hair, brush your teeth, add a little perfume--all the usual stuff. Try talking to him if you haven't already--he has to know you exist in order for you to make an impression. Cute little smiles across the room or hallway add just enough flirt to make him want to look again!

HMMM....Dressing to impress a guy can be tough. I think you should go with colors and styles that you feel pretty in. I say that because there is nothing a guy notices more than a girl with confidence. If you are wearing something that you feel good in then I would be suprised if your guy didn't notice you.

Everyone has a different style. Preppy, punk, sporty,
But maybe you could be the original girl at your school, and mix and match, go preppy goth one day, and the next a hippie basketball player. make your style your own. High school can be pretty blasphemous. So if any preppy girls make fun of you for your own style, simply smile and say, Well at least I don't look like you.

A skirt and a tank top is a good way to make an impression. So is wearing a white tank top, jeans, heels, and a lot of accessories!

If you want to impress a guy ask him what he likes and then wear it for him. He will realize that you listen to him and went out of your way to please him. 9th grade? forget that he is to young to appreciate what a woman does for him.

Dress in what makes YOU feel pretty and attractive...That will carry over to your body language.
