It was Bush. As you said, he got a lot of insurance money. American people are too gullible. They believe anything Bush says. If he blamed Hurricane Katrina on Usama, the American people would believe that. Bush (america) are the ones that are causing so much hate in the middle east. LEAVE THEM ALONE. Osama, without question! The mere idea that our government would do such a thing is absurd. There are several investigations including a book just recently that debunks every single claim by you conspiracists, so now you claim that the author and anyone who disagrees with you are also part of the conspiracy because you just can't admit that maybe you are wrong and a force that we are unable to control did this horrible thing. You really do need to grow up and realize not everything is under your control. (Though if anyone in the government sees this and wants to pay me off for continuing to believe the truth, I could sure use the money.)
