nicely, we get fairly fairly moist and in a position to "bypass" and then if sex would not ensue, or orgasm is close yet would not ensue we finally end up with a throbbing, aching crotch and an empty feeling-probable very similar for your blue balls. a minimum of for me it really is what occurs if i'm waiting for a sturdy time and for some reason it finally ends up not likely on. . .

Blue balls don't really exist. Guys made them up to make you feel guilty for not screwing them.
I have been really turned on before though, almost to the point of it hurting.

Engorged genitals. When a woman is sexually aroused, blood fills the tissues in her genitals, she lubricates and is headed toward orgasm. If orgasm is not reached, sometimes she will have an ache in the pelvic region.

It's a very frustrating sort of ache in the lower regions...lol... It's like and itch you can't scratch and sometimes can cause insanity...lol. It's happened to me before. I almost cried.

Brilliant Question!
I'd say "high standards". Men have "blue balls", ladies have "High standards".

headache. There is a certain type of headache, and a woman knows. When she finally has sex, it's gone.
