I'm getting married in Vegas. I first need a restaurant for the celebration, just me and my soon to be hubby. Price doesn't matter one way or the other, so long as it is romantic, appropriate, and I won't stick out in a casual wedding dress. Also, I'm looking for some really fun casual dining places. Good food, good atmosphere.

something more casual but also has greattttt food and great atmosphere is this place on Maryland pkwy a few miles east of the strip across from UNLV called Daily Chicken and Gyros (they basically have a fast food lunch service) and after 5pm they become Stephano's where they have a huge Mediterranean dinner menu and it tastes great it is very very affordable and the atmosphere is very relaxed, comfortable i definitely recommended and they actually just remodeled so it looks really really reallly nice in there couches and all its nice

I just got back from Vegas a couple of weeks ago.

Nero's at Caesar's has a great menu. FANTASTIC steaks and upscale atmosphere so you won't stick out in a nice dress. Dinner about $100 a person.

Also, if you want a great, fun place to eat, you have GOT to go to the Hofbrauhaus on the corner of Harmon and Paradise (across from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino). It is a fairly authentic replica of the original 400 year old beer hall in Munich.

My wife and I got married there two years ago and when we went back last month we ate there for dinner three times!!!

Don't let the website fool you - it's not like a Disney or Busch Gardens dorky set up. The food is fantastic and the beer is even better.

For a casual place, try Pasta Shop and RIstorante if you want some fantastic pasta. If you don't mind it being off the strip, it's alittle outta the way (several miles east of the strip on Tropicana) but it's totally worth it. Don't let the fact that it's in a strip mall turn you off. It's cozy and casual, with kitchy art for sale all over the walls. The pasta is some of the best I've tried in this country. It's homemade and tastes real fresh. You won't regret it! In fact I don't think I've taken a trip to Vegas without dining there.

I reccomend the SW steak house at the Wynn for steaks.
Okada at the Wynn for Sushi and Jamapese food.
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant for good view, good food and reasonable expensive food.
Emeril's at the MGM for seafood.
The Del Monico at the Venitian for steaks.
Center Stage at the Plaza for steaks and Italian food.
Mon Ami Gabi at Paris for a variety of food.
Batista's Hole In The Wall has awesome inexpensive italian food, very casual and great atmosphere.

SW, Eiffel Tower, The Del Monico are all places that you will not be out of place in a wedding dress. They all have fantastic food!

There two restaurants named Rosemary's. One on the strip and one on one of the main drags off the strip. A local favorite and one of the more memorable meals from start to finish. The wait staff is clockwork and the food top drawer while not being stupid expensive. Their menu is framed and on my Wall of Fame. I spoke with the head chef Michael Jordan about the quality of the establishment and he gave me a tour of his kitchen. I can't endorse his and his wife's place highly enough. Even if you don't go there for your celebration (congrats and good luck by the way) a stop by here will not leave you disappointed I assure you.

Gonzalez Y Gonzales at long island long island in case you like Mexican. the charges are the main sensible we've chanced on on the strip for the quantity of foodstuff and high quality plus there are the unfastened chips and salsa till now the meal. additionally, Le Provencal at Paris. very sturdy pasta additionally unfastened bread and dipping sauce. in case you pass on the right time they have making a track waiters it extremely is exciting. The MGM has the main suitable buffet. ( the seafood buffet on the Rio is physically powerful yet during new years assume to attend 2 or extra hours..or extra. I did over labor day and have confidence me it's going to be like a loopy feeding frenzy as though human beings think of buffet foodstuff runs out.) in basic terms a caution ingesting is costly in Vegas and a trip can get close to gouging on costs. What I do is eat a extensive meal contained during the day and get snacks the two contained in the morning or late at night. have exciting!

I love Benihana! My husband and I love to eat here for our "date nights".
I got this from the Hilton website:

Benihana is the first name in exhibition-style, Japanese cuisine. Masterful chefs demonstrate their skills nightly on hibachi tables where a full-range of unique and traditional dishes are cooked to order. Sip authentic sake and listen to the sounds of gentle rains. You'll be surrounded by lush Japanese gardens, flowing ponds, exotic statuary and an authentic Torri Arch. Appetizers include fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka-maki. Enjoy entrées like hibachi chicken, teriyaki steak and filet mignon, or step up to a combination dinner that pairs hibachi steak and king salmon or the ever-popular duo of hibachi steak and lobster tail. All entrees are served with a combination of fresh mushrooms, onion and zucchini. Hibachi shrimp, Japanese onion soup, Benihana salad with ginger dressing, steamed rice and green tea are also included with dinner. Both visitors and locals have voted Benihana one of the best restaurants in the city three years in a row in What's On Magazine. Hours of Operation:
Sun-Fri: 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (10:30 p.m. last seating)
Sat: 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (10:30 p.m. last seating)
For reservations, please call 702-732-5755

The best meal I had on my last Vegas trip was at Canaletto in the Venetian. Nice atmosphere and great Italian food.
