Start working out & exercising! You will gain an enormous amount of confidence by doing so. Not to mention how much better you'll feel physically & mentally. When you feel better about yourself, life is just easier! Girls love a confident guy, a guy who is sure about himself. It shows!

Well, maybe you just need to do things that will make you a more open person. Such as taking a speech class or being on a debate team. Shyness can be cured, so go out there and get cured and then you'll have no trouble at all!

hey nothin to be nervous about talk about anything u need confidence girls can c right through u if u r nervous somethimes when guys r nervous it makes the girl nervous or makes u look stupid all u need is some confidence u can start by going somewhere and ask their name where their from and give them a FEW complements

No reason to be shy, there are millions of things to talk about. Ask her her name, compliment her on it. You can ask her where she's from, where she goes to school, where she works, what kind of music she listens to, etc. When you hear something you are familiar with, then you can have a conversation about that. Remember to call her by her name, a person's name is the sweetest music to their ears.

Practice helps. just remember they wasn't your friend before you talked to them so you have nothing to lose only gain. Start talking and each time it will get easier. You will also start having a lot more fun.

Just remember everyone's naked underneath their clothes :)
Don't expect anything of them, just breathe, be relaxed, and talk about general things. Don't judge urself and people will not want to judge u.
