I'm not a female but the asker means
"What clothes do you (a woman, and if any) wear when you go to bed?".
A bit personal (like asking 'what colored panties are you wearing') but I guess some will bite.

Flannel pj bottoms and tank top if it's cold enough, or victorian white cotton nightgown. It leaves more to the immagination.
