why don't the creator put cheat codes in them? those games are hella hard. they could at least put infinite health and ammo n stuff.
like metal gear solid, they have cheats but they are useless.
i could have not beaten sand andreas without cheats.
it would be a whole lot easier if they put cheats in games like resident evil. don't you agree?

Cheat codes are usually programming aids used by developers to test the games for bugs. Some are left in by developers as easter eggs to add a little amusement to the game for players, but most are removed. Cheat codes generally aren't left in a game to get you through the hard sections of it...games are meant to be challenging. Capcom was proud of it's game, and sealed the code so you could enjoy a thrilling, terse game. If you have unlimited ammo, the fretful run trying to find more ammo isn't nearly as hectic, is it? The reason the cheat codes aren't there is to enhance your game experience, and set the mood the game creators wanted.

Because in order to complete it you have to have some kind of skill and not just cheat and ruin the whole game!

RE4 isn't hard. u just have to know what your doing and not shoot like crazy and waste ammo. once you beat the game and unlcock the chicago typewriter. then you can shoot like crazy. as for the infinante health and stuff. same thing. i just shot them in the head and kicked them. then when they fell i used the knife to kill them. thats a easy way to save plenty of ammo.

Because some programmers hate losers like you who think you can coast through life without working for anything.
Yeah it's a game, but why not try to actually learn to play it well?
