Although there is no muscle in the ankle, I would focus on calf exercises and flexibility in the ankle (i.e. ankle rotations, ankle weights etc.)

I'm not sure why your ankles would be shrinking unless you were losing weight all over...hmmmm....

I'll trade u mine, they're nice and chunky :)

There's no muscle there so u can't really work out to make them bigger. U could try retaining water :P

Otherwise wear fabulous sandals and make the most of ur thin ankleness :)

If the rest of you is thinning in the same way then you need to eat. You are anorexic.
