I'm looking to buy tee shirts in bulk. I'm looking to buy somewhere between 1000-3000 per month. Either blank or a hodgepodge of different designs (as long as I could review and select them). Thanks.

Summer Genie wholesale is the cheapest place I found, its around $1.58 per unit for a digital or hand screen t-shirt, 100% cotton 32 grade A. The cut of the t-shirts are the same as diesel. Very good quality stitching and cutting. They also manufacture your own style of t-shirt. I haven't found cheaper than this.

A lot will depend on where you want the shirts delivered as shipping & handling can eat into the price.
