Does anyone know the origin of this funny saying?

I love that phrase, though it doesn't really make much sense........I always tell the judge that I use the words that everyone else uses....

What would he say, were I to answer him bleep-kherdidp¥*()((!¿? Those could by own words, couldn't they?
