Yes it will work
a week before i plugged in ati 9600 pro card in my friends machine it is a p3 600mhz, msi motherboard it worked fine.
but it can only run in 4x mode. ie. reduced performance.
and make sure you got atleast 256 mb ram.

It depends if the motherboard has an AGP port that is compatable with the card. Check out the manual or the manufacturer's site.

yes on the 815 motherboard has a agp slot

Should, but always best to check manual. The 256 will most likely be plugged into apower supply as well as motherboard so power req.s aren't the issue.

It will run, but your motherboard will slow it down.
