No not at all. Seriously my mom always told me to never run with scissors in my hand well a really good friend of ours had a beautiful 3 year old daughter that got a hold of the scissors, ran with them and punctured her heart when she fell down. I guess after that I started listening to my mom.

only if nobody's around... unless you are trying to hurt someone and make it look like an accident or if you are trying to hurt yourself, you'll have to make sure the scissors are pointed your direction.
