I have a better solution for you. Get a wireless enabled laptop and try and piggyback off a neighbours connection. This is theoretically stealing but at least it wont cost you anything.

Yahoo SBC broadband is cheap, and good
Comcast/timewarner is good for 6 months.
You might want to check with verizon too

Do what i do. scouse borrow the internet from the stupid childrens that do not recognize a thanks to placed passwords on there routers. this is loose and nicely the draw back is i heard you will get in difficulty for stealing internet from a nieghbor. this is not my fault my laptop possibilities it up and automaticly connects to it. I recommend in the experience that they don't favor us stealing then placed passwords. Its the easy. Then additionally they can get funds for it to. it really is what im going to do. Get a on the spot router. set up passwords. Then if human beings prefer to connect provide them a bill and a password. effortless and also you're making funds.
