Sorry, your stuck with them. I've seen ear transplants done on burn victims, but it's risky, painful, expensive, and not aesthetically pleasing. So, just be happy with yourself. Easier said than done, I know, but give it a try huh? Life's hard enough.
Actually, I forgot to mention that your ears and nose are the only body parts that continue growing throughout your lifetime. Although it will not be a drastic change, they will get bigger over time.

i dont think you can but if you wear smaller earings like studs then it makes them seem bigger do not wear big earing they make your ears look extra small i hope this is good advise
