Yes, I think many believe it can be quite healthy to listen to music. In fact I have heard of music therapy and music therapists. Check it out, there has been quite a bit a research in that area. If you don't check that out listen to some music, if you feel better afterward, then listen some more, it may be music to your ears. Hmmmmmm

Listening to beautiful classical music has been scientifically proven again and again good for and healthy for the listener. Listening to punk rock by any other name has been scientifically proven to affect listeners in quite a different way. it is no longer a matter of opinion.

i have no links but i think it can be, its like relaxing to some and exercise to others, or just plain entertainment...and being entertained is healthy...(i guess mentally healthy and physically too if u dance to it)
