When you see other naked same-sexed people, say in the gym, do you compare yourself to them?

I'm a little overweight but I do feel better about myself in the lockerroom. I know that I'm not the only one with problem areas!! Also, it's nice to see others that others have problem areas but still be comfortable with themselves and have good self-esteem. A lot of people can learn from this, I hope.

Yes, I think most of us do. Its natural human behaviour. Sometimes it does knock your self esteem but you have to get a grip....we are who we are, ok there are certain things that we can do to try to alter ourselves, so we are happier with our image but when alls said and done, we will aways be that same person. Not always easy I know, but you have to put things into perspective or it could make your life very miserable.

only if they are around my same age.. theres no point in comparing myself to an old lady, i think when people compare themselves to other people they are looking for someone who you kind of resemble age wise. Naturally a 21 year old will have a better body than say a 65 year old ( USAULLY!) haha. so thats what i think. you gotta keep it realistic.

I believe one's appearance is the most important factor in how easy or hard life will be for you. If it is not a real "asset" for you, because you are unattractive, then you have to cut your losses and get some highly marketable skills and make a lot of money.

I compare myself to them but it doesnt hurt my selfimage because I am a sexy beast.

no if the yare hott I just horny and go home and then..... or if they are supper hott I just go to the bathroom and have fun if im in a flirty mood ill just ask them if they are bi and like girls and then well you can fill in the blanks

spose veryone does subconciously. it would hurt if they look beter than you but if they dont then i spose it would help
