The countries, Just Argentina, and Australia partly. The rest are at best Subtropics.

Of your list none are cities. 4 are countries; 2 are U.S. states. None are truly tropical; although Florida comes close in the summer. Northern territory of Australia would be tropical enough for you, if that's what you are looking for.
