My friend has a daughter who is 11, is 5 foot 5, and weighs 112 pounds. Her daughter is really concerned about her height. She thinks she's going to stop growing and be short. What height do you guys think she will be? Plus, she has not taken growth hormone pills in case you are wondering. What height do you guys think she will be? Thanks.

Her mom is 5 foot 1 and her dad is 6 foot 1

height does run in the fathers side of the family. 6 foot 3 people and over. but on the moms side ppl are like 5 feet and the guys are like 5 foot 10

My son is the same way. He is in third grade and he is 5 ft and weighs 110 he is 8 turning 9 in dec. I myself am concerned about his height and weight, but the doctor says that is not a problem he will not just stop growing. Is here family big,father, mother, brothers? It might run in the family. My husband is 6'3 brother is 6'4 and my family is also tall. It prob. runs in the family. I would tell her not to be to concerned. And her friends will soon enough catch up. And they may even pass her for awhile.

She will probably be about 5'8 to 5'9 at the most 6 feet. But to be 100% you need the height of the parents too

if she keeps growing i would guess around 5 7 or 5 8

She may still grow. Most girl grow sometimes up until they are 15-18 years old. so there is still hope. But 5'5" isn't short. I'm 5'11", my mom was 5'7" and my father 5'10" so I'm not so sure your parents are the only guide to go by.

thats pretty tall for an 11 year old. i didn't stop growing until i was 16. next time her daughter has xrays taken at the dr. they can estimate how much growing you have left to do! dont fret! i used to want to be tall. now i wish i wasn't . it's not fun being taller than your boyfriend! haha she'll be okay. she proabably still has growing left to do!

Not much taller, I reached my full height by 13, she could have a growth spurt though. God only knows

i was 5'1 when i was 11 now I'm 5'5.5'' i reached this height at 17, so she'll definitely grow, has she gotten her period? most grow about 2 inches after getting it. by the way 5'5'' is not short!!!

when i was 11, i was about 5 feet tall. i'm 5'8" now. i don't think she'll stop growing yet. she's only 11.

Not much taller i would have to say. Maybe about2 to three more inches. Then she's set
