Did you feel when the ovum was fertilized? The reason I'm asking is because my fiance and I have been TTC and according to my ovulating chart I was ovulating yesterday, we did our thing and today I felt a little cramp in the my lower abdomen. What do you think?

no, you're not feeling fertilization, what you are feeling is ovulation. normal to have a cramp when you are releasing an egg! you are timing it right, but you should have sex again today to be sure!

Completely unrelated...women report to feel when they are ovulating (which you would have felt yesterday) and also when they are implanting (which would be 7-10 days from now) but never when the egg is being fertilized - there is nothing to feel since the egg isn't attached to any part of your body at that time.

You shouldn't feel pregnancy symptoms that early. It takes time for the body to react. You probably just slept in an awkward position or it could be something you ate. Take a home pregnancy test in a week or two and see if it's positive. Since you and your fiance is anxious to have a baby, it's probably just your mind playing games with you.

I don't think you can feel that...you were probably just ovulating.
I always know when I am ovulating every month because I feel a cramp in my side that lasts a few hours.

you probably felt ovulation pain. you can't feel fertilization. If we could, we wouldn't need pregnancy tests.
