Everytime i go out of the house i have to have a preformance like go for a toilet, get a water, get some food just incase i get caught in a major traffic jam and i can't breath and i can't go any where with out a water or i think i will not be able to swallow!! even though i know i can!! please help!!

You really need to seek proforsonal help as soon as possible, this isa major issues that needs to be addressed< I hope you will take our advice and go see a doctor ASAP!! best of luck to you!!

This sounds like an anxiety disorder. These social phobias can lead to full blown panic attacks. Consult a therapist.

Sounds like anxiety but you are a very prepared person as well.
No harm in that, just stop thinking about your routine so much and do what you normally do and stop stressing after the fact.
Try it... it takes alot of mental energy but you can talk yourself through it... baby steps my dear :-)

You can be obsessive compulsive and have panic attacks due to being so compulsive. You should speak to a therapist to help you through it, especially when it starts effecting your daily life style. Good Luck

You need to see a doctor for that. By the way, it's not a major problem. You can easily control it. I know your will power is strong.

Yes you have an anxiety/panic disorder. See your doctor it can be treated with medication or therapy depending on things that your doctor will determine.
