Whenever he feels like retiring he can, it's up to him. By the way, Cena said on "Five Questions" that he still want to be a part of the WWE, and it don't matter if he wrestles anymore.

Retire? Are you crazy? Cena is 29 and in top physical condition. Why would he retire? Wrestling is his life. He ain't going nowhere so get used to him hater.

Cena won't retire. He is one of Vince's major money makers. He'll just try to plunge Cena into Hell like he tried to do with Shawn Michaels.
