the only clue i have is that it's on the band "the concretes" website and they're scandinavian so it may be an artist from there. (i've mailed the band and they don't know!).

you will have very little chance of finding the artists name I am afraid, though if you like it and want to get it done, get a high quality printout and take it to a good tattoo shop near you. They will be able to copy it perfectly if you ask for a custom job. I have had japanese manga characters copied from pics and they turn out 100 percent.

Very cool tat.
Looks like alot of tats coming out of Holland at the mo.
Why do you need to know who did it?
If you want it done on yourself take the pic to a half decent artist they'll be able to re-create it for you.
