i want to know if dell made any other computer just like the dell dimension 4500 i mean like the same style and same excatc features?????

I have 4 dells right now and have had 3 others, and the desktops I have now (4600c and 3000) run the same.
I am not certain what you mean by features you mean as dell offers many options on most and you can pick and chose them (example- I never get less than 512 ram 1g if i can)
in my experience there is not a lot of difference in the look of the computer or the performance it is the extras you choose to add to you system that make it different.

They have many models. Anything you get now will have better specs than the 4500.
